It is amazing how Mammoth Hot Springs are changing. When we saw them for the first time the main terrace was covered with hot springs in their varying colors. By now this terrace is mostly dry, but there are still these steaming hot springs covering the sides of the hill that often wrap you in steam when you are walking on the board walk. It is an amazing, wonderful place well worth visiting.
